Hello again! Another week has come and gone and time seems to be flying. It's very hard to believe that Sophie is only one week away from her first birthday. This past week was spent with her trying so very hard to stand on her own. She can manage it for about 20 seconds at a time before her belly throws her off balance! It doesn't look like she'll be walking before her birthday, but who knows? A lot can change in a week!

A few days ago she was digging through my bag (aka her diaper bag) and decided it would be fun to play with a diaper. I thought it was nice of her for trying to clean the window with it ;)

We had another warm weekend and spent another day at the pool yesterday. She loves it so much! I've officially signed her up for swim classes. They are 3 days a week for two weeks. We don't start them until the middle of June, but I think it's good we've already introduced her to the pool so she won't be nervous about it. I think her love for the pool comes from her love of the bath. We are about a week away from transitioning her out of the toddler tub and into the big-girl tub all on her own.

She absolutely LOVES her rubber duckies:

Here's another picture where you can see a few of her teeth. She is working on numbers 5 & 6 now (upper teeth)!

We'll end this post with a quick video that shows just how much she really loves her bath. This is actually a "calm" bath night -- usually she's much more active and splashing around!
We hope you all have a great week!
