We started the day carving pumpkins. She didn't quite understand what mama and papa were doing to them but she was interested in watching us...for a few minutes anyway ;)
We had 4 pumpkins this year! One for each member of the house (including Uncle Brandon for those of you who are confused about the math).
Many of you had asked me what Sophie's first Halloween costume was going to be....well...here it is:
That's right. She was a football! Daddy was the professional football player and mama was the football fan. It worked out pretty well, and daddy gets credit for the creative idea. We went to dinner in our costumes but I don't think anyone was really paying attention to understand the theme. It was a hit as we handed out candy to the kids who came to the door though!
